6.2 Guaranteed Monthly Package Refund

The only exception is the Guaranteed Monthly Package:

  • If our plays (using specified unit sizing) do not show a profit for that month, you may choose either a refund or a free month.
  • Profit/loss is measured strictly according to our official bet tracker.

6.3 Subscription Termination

Subscriptions may be terminated without refund if:

  • A subscriber threatens or harasses the Capper.
  • A subscriber shares paid content with non-paying individuals.

6.4 Use of Data

All plays, emails, and content provided are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or transferring this information is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6.5 Payment Acceptance

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that payment for any package constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
